South Pacific

Indonesia is the world’s third largest producer of coffee. Ironically, only 15% of the crop is Arabica. Even with such a small production, coffees from this region are some of the best in the world. Pacific coffees are prized for their smooth flavors and moderate acidity, usually full-bodied and often with sweet, exotic, and earthy elements with a somewhat dry finish.
